You can apply for more than one grant, but each application must be submitted separately.

The application process is quite easy and the guidance documents will help you through the process - so please download and read the guidance document related to the Grant you're applying for.
Download and print the application form that matches the Grant type you are applying for (forms are provided in both PDF and Word formats).
Complete and sign the application forms.

Assuming the application is successful, we will send out the Grant cheque. This must be used within the period defined within the cover letter sent with the grant.
We would like to have a record about how the grant made a difference, a Trustee may contact you after the grant has been awarded to discuss this. We may also ask for your permission to use some of this feedback, when appropriate, in our publicity and awareness raising work.

Being approved for one grant doesn't mean you will be approved for all.
A medical professional needs to complete a section of the form on behalf of the applicant, applications received without this section completed by a medical professional will not be approved.
Please make note of the feedback request set out in the cover letter sent with the grant.
Some grants require the recipients to provide receipts and some require feedback.
